We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it, with all original tags attached.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at machoelvis22@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll happily exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
